Good-Bye 2008

Papa & Mama tried to keep Louis awake to count down to 2009 together. What's better than hanging out in the downstairs mall crowded with people to keep Louis awake?! Louis finally fell asleep at 11-ish, leaving Papa & Mama to enjoy the midnight fireworks by themselves.




Year 2008 has been a wonderful and memorable year as Louis joined our family. This little angel has brought us lots of fun and joy (and housework!) and we look forward to the coming of Year 2009 to witness the continual growth of baby Louis.

Best present to Papa

After 2 weeks of first saying "Mama", Louis finally called out "Ba Ba" on Boxing Day. It's surely the best present to Papa!

Fresh air

Louis has been suffering from running nose the last couple days and missed the Christmas/New Year Eve party organized by Papa/Mama's friends. Instead Papa took us to the park to get some fresh air which is good for Louis' health.

Drop & Watch

Mama is giving Louis special permission to drop things at will at this stage; when Louis gets a bit older, he will be responsible to pick things up and clean up his own mess.

Tunnel time

Louis enjoys crawling through small spaces. Either the tunnel in the playground or the dinning chair at home can fascinate him.

Encore - 2008 Christmas Dance

Hearing many cheering and encores from various uncles & aunties, Louis led Papa/Mama to perform a new dance.
