Happy birthday! You are two years old!
We praise God every day for giving us the privilege to raise you as our beloved son, and to witness your growth every day. In the past 2 years, there were so much joy in seeing you grow and learn. Undoubtedly, there were frustrating and tiring times, especially you seem to have quite a strong personality and opinion. When seeing you rolling on the floor & screening to try to get what you want, we do feel sad and frustrated. We pray continuously for patience, and a lovely heart to teach you to be become a man of God in future.
To celebrate your birthday, we had 3 separate cake-cutting occasions this year (cakes from different uncles and aunties, Papa & Mama). You were more interested in cutting the cakes, but ate none of them! Anyway, it was good to show you how we share our joy and things (cakes) with our friends and families. Mama particularly had strong feeling that she has entered a new stage of her life, with the need to prepare your b-day mini cupcakes and goodies bag for your friends in school ...
You are a big boy now, especially you now also need to help take good care of your Mui Mui Kristen. You have done very well so far. You love kissing and hugging your sister. When she cries, you always run to her crib to see how she's doing. We can tell that you exercise your self-control to be extra gentle to Kristen. We appreciate it very much.
Very soon, you will be starting full-time school life at kindergarten. We hope that you will continue to enjoy learning and meeting new friends there.
May our God continue to bless you and watch over you, our beloved son!
