Mama is delighted to see that Louis didn't inherit her weakness in sports & coordination. It seems that Louis is likely to be good at some sort of ball games when growing up.

"Secret Admirers" from Los Angeles

It's like meeting a "secret admirer"! Rachel and Leo are cousins of Auntie Anita, and they live in Los Angeles. They once saw Louis' picture with Auntie Anita online, and since then they've been wanting to meet Louis. The chance finally came during their visit to HK this summer, and Louis was happy to meet them, plus getting a beautiful shirt all the way from LA.

Happy stay-home Mama

Returning from a short grocery trip with Mama, Louis is glad to be resting on his bed, with his favorite toys. Seeing Louis so happy, Mama is truly thankful and thinks it's her best reward and motivation to be a stay-home mother.

5 months old today

Louis is 5 months old today! He is picking up more and more facial expressions, from the previous smiley faces, to the below serious looks ...

Moon Walk

Louis practises his new move - "moon walk" - whenever he's put on the dining table.

Hiking in the Peak

First hiking trip for Louis, to the Peak in Hong Kong.
It was a fun but tiring trip. Louis felt a bit sick afterwards - with a stuffy nose, also first time in his life.

Who said Louis doesn't look like Mama??

By putting baby Mama's picture next to Louis', Louis indeed looks very much like Mama!

Double up (= sit up + stand up)

Louis' muscles and bones are getting stronger (thanks to Mama's nutritious milk!), and apart from doing sit up, he can go straight from lie-down position to a stand-up position!



Louis surely enjoys Papa and Mama's attention and hanging out with him, and vice versa.

The War is Over

Remember the previous posting "War Zone" when Louis was only several weeks' old? Well, war has long been over, and Louis has mastered bathing with great joy and excitement - to an extent that Mama couldn't take a steady picture!

Improved space

Louis' playing area was quite limited back in his 2 weeks old ...


... and by 4.5 months old now, he is surely enjoying his huge playing space!

Tasty foot

Interestingly, Louis finds his foot rather tasty.
